Custom software, built by the person you talk to*

I'm Isaac Manubag. For ten years I've designed, built and shipped web and mobile systems — from single-site businesses to multi-site operations — one developer, start to finish, no handoffs and no account manager in between.

02 · What I build

Four engagements, one operator. Scoped in a call, quoted in writing, delivered in increments you can use before the project ends.

01

Custom platforms

Line-of-business systems that match how your team already works — billing, scheduling, records, reporting.

02

Web applications

Laravel and Angular apps with real auth, real roles and an admin panel your staff can actually operate.

03

Mobile apps

One cross-platform codebase for iOS and Android, shipped to both stores and maintained after launch.

04

Cloud & upkeep

Containerised deploys, backups, monitoring and payment integrations — kept boring on purpose.

03 · Case study 01 — SenseiDesk

A product, not a project — 35+ gyms run on it

SenseiDesk is my own SaaS: a management platform for Philippine martial arts schools, built and shipped solo from first sketch to paying subscribers. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-group-chat routine with automated invoicing, GCash and bank payment tracking, one-tap attendance, belt progression and parent notifications — in one portal for coaches, students and parents.

Schools in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are live on it, most of them onboarded within a day. Running it end to end — product, code, infrastructure, support — is why client work starts from how a business actually operates, not from a feature list.

03Offline-capable attendance and belt tracking on any phone

Case study 02 — Atleta Agila

Atleta Agila — a custom edition, built to their workflow

Atleta Agila needed more than a subscription: their programs, roles and reporting don't match how a standard dojo runs. So they get a dedicated edition of the SenseiDesk platform — the proven core, reshaped around their own processes and rules.

It's the engagement I recommend when a business has outgrown off-the-shelf software but doesn't want to fund a platform from zero: start on something already running in 35+ gyms, then build the parts only they need. Currently in active development.

Case study 03 — NCPSI

An ERP for a Philippine industrial services firm

NCPSI runs projects, crews and materials across sites. I'm building their internal operating system in phases over a 24-month engagement — starting with HR, attendance and payroll, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax compliance, then layering billing, materials, inventory, procurement and project cost tracking on the same foundation.

Each period ships a working focus area and keeps supporting everything delivered before it, so the business gets value every quarter instead of waiting two years for a launch. Sequencing is re-prioritised with them as operations change.

Roadmap — 24 months, 8 phases

PeriodFocus
Months 1–3HR, attendance & payroll — go-live of the core
Months 4–6Client billing & invoicing
Months 7–9Materials management across projects
Months 10–12Inventory: stock levels, movements, locations
Months 13–15Procurement: requests, orders, suppliers
Months 16–18Project cost tracking for profitability
Months 19–21Cross-module operational reporting
Months 22–24Stabilisation, integration & enhancements

Indicative roadmap — order and scope are confirmed with NCPSI as operational priorities shift.

04 · Stack
Laravel
Angular
Vue.js
Node.js
NestJS
React Native
AWS
Xendit

Ten years of production work across these — plus the Docker, Postgres and CI plumbing that keeps them running once I hand over the keys. I also build with AI tooling day to day, which is why small budgets still get thorough work.

05 · Clients
“We cut admin work by seventy percent. The front desk teaches now instead of chasing receipts.”
Jerum Tapasao — Naga Sugbo Taekwondo
“Everything is systematic now — belt tests, fees, attendance, equipment — recorded in one click. Parents, students and coaches all have access.”
Coach MJ Figueroa — Ascenders Taekwondo
